Use these custodians for the records most often requested in Washington County:

Public hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jail questions use 208-414-2124. Court files belong with the Washington County Courthouse at 256 East Court Street, Weiser; District Court is 208-414-2092 and Magistrate Court is 208-414-2232, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
